What they are genuinely good at

The useful cases are narrower than the marketing suggests, and they are all jobs that are repetitive, high-volume and currently done late or not at all.

• Answering the same customer questions on WhatsApp at eleven at night
• Following up every enquiry consistently, instead of only the ones somebody remembers
• Reading documents — invoices, delivery notes — and entering them as data
• Producing a report somebody currently rebuilds by hand each week
• Qualifying leads with the same questions every time, then escalating the hot ones

Where they should not be used

An agent should not make a decision that needs judgement, take an irreversible action without a human confirming it, or handle a customer who is already unhappy. Those are the cases where automation costs you more than the salary it saved.

We would rather build one agent that reliably does a boring job than a system that impresses in a demonstration and gets switched off in month two. If the honest answer is that a better-configured ERP would fix your problem without any AI at all, we will say so.

Connected to your actual data

A chatbot that cannot see your stock, your prices or your customer history is a novelty. Ours run against ERPNext or Odoo, so an agent can tell a customer whether an item is in stock, what they were last quoted, or where their order is — because it is reading the same records your staff read.
